Control or tust to get peace security and contentment.

Peace, security, and contentment are protected from abuse of control by the development of trust in a relationship. Without trust protecting overall, control interferes and becomes preeminent. Trust operates on an power source in the one to be trusted. The power for control is within the controller and can require 24-hour-a-day expenditure of emotional energy.
