How do feeling tell you what to do?

Feelings tell us what is going on in a relationship. If the feelings are warm and not hot they are comfortable. If they are cool and not cold they are ok. We are designed to choose how we interact so that you warm cold feeling or cool hot ones. This is not automatic.  If left to automatic adjustment, the person will feel extremes of full hot to warm or full cold to cool.  These extremes put you and all over the map of emotions as behaviors create more feelings.
